Wiltshire Escape Rooms FAQ

Fantastic real-life fun! A team of 2-6 people are locked in a room for 60 minutes and have to escape by finding clues and solving puzzles.
Our room, The EXIT VISA crisis - a Musical Mystery, puts the team into a world of music and fame. The world famous band EXIT VISA have disappeared and the team have to escape the room, finding clues about the mystery along the way.
Anyone who fancies some fun packed adventure! Escape rooms are fantastic for birthdays, groups of friends, stag and hen parties and team building days. We ask that under 18’s are accompanied by an adult. Minimum age 16 years.
Unfortunately, no children under 16 years of age are allowed to play/attend.
We ask that you take care not to damage anything. Nothing in the room needs to be forced, ripped or broken. No photography is allowed in the room (we’d like to keep the puzzles a surprise for all our future players!).
Yes, at some points during the game you will see the phrase 'Hint Available' appear on the countdown timer screen, if your team gets stuck, just claim the offered hint and we will try to help you along!
No, you won’t need to – all you need to escape will be in the room with you. You do not need any ‘outside' or prior music knowledge to solve the puzzles. Just good teamwork and a keen eye!
No, as we've said above in the rules, we'd like to keep the room and it's puzzles a surprise, but we do take a photo of every team that plays 11th Hour Escape Rooms, as a keepsake.

We are happy to refund you in full if you cannot make your game for some reason, however, please be aware that we can only offer refunds if games are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled game time.
We ask that all teams arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their game time to enable us to give them the team briefing.
The games start on the hour promptly as we cannot start games late due to the following bookings scheduled in the day.
If the team arrives up to 15 minutes past the hour when the game is scheduled to start, the time in the game (60 minutes) will be reduced accordingly.
If the team arrives later than 15 minutes past the hour when the game is scheduled we will have to cancel the game, and unfortunately no refund can be offered.
We obviously cannot be held responsible for travel delays so please ensure you give yourselves plenty of time to arrive.
